Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which version of GroupReady and iOS or iPadOS you are using. A screenshot can help if you first remove personal or confidential information.
Keep participant information out of email. Do not include participant names, dates of birth, medical-record information, treatment details, protected health information, or other identifying clinical information.
GroupReady is being prepared for public App Store release. We can answer company and product questions here; no purchase can be made through this website.
Apple purchases and subscriptions
When purchased through the App Store, GroupReady Pro is billed through Apple. To manage renewal or cancel, use your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
For access problems after a purchase, use Restore Purchases in GroupReady with the Apple Account used for the purchase and a network connection. If access is still incorrect, email us with the app version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or Apple verification codes.

Printing and exported materials
GroupReady provides session guides and matching participant materials. Printing and saving use Apple’s system interfaces and the printer or destination you choose. Check that your printer or destination is available and that you have permission to use it.
Exported copies remain where you saved them. Follow your organization’s policies and the curriculum-use permissions.
Favorites, schedules, and reminders
These are stored locally rather than in a GroupReady account. Use the app’s settings and schedule controls to manage them. If a reminder is missing, check the notification permission for GroupReady in your device settings.
We cannot recover app-local information from a company cloud account because GroupReady has no such service. Device backups or exported copies may be managed separately by you or your organization.
